Hyla plicata is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds.
